Great online service with the worst web site

Audible has always had huge utility for those of us with a larger appetite for books than time to read. Overall, their subscription service has served me well over the years. However, their site has always been slow, hard to navigate and contains one of the worst search functions I’ve seen. There latest redesign, with some strange UI conventions and ignoring best practices in Web standards, actually makes things worse. When will they hire somebody who will make the web experience as great as their service???
